The UTCHAT VISION SUMMER FILMMAKING WORKSHOP provides teenagers with the opportunity to learn the process of creating a short film. Summer Youth Workers will write, direct, shoot, and edit a film using professional cinema cameras.
Blood Stone Order
Malcolm is a high school student who has aspirations of joining a secret group called the Blood Stone Order. Malcolm finds an invite the Punch Bowl Party the Blood Stone Order’s exclusive recruitment party. After attending the party Malcolm’s long awaited initiation begins.
Behind The Mirror
Makayla is a teenager who suffers from anxiety after a traumatic experience when she was only 7 years old. Now she is being tormented by something behind the bathroom mirror.
DAMAGED
Malik is a high school student who’s trying to manage a mental disorder that create these demonic inner voices in his mind. Malik is also constantly harassed and bullied in school by a crew of students. Malik decides to get revenge on the bullies once and for all.
Amber Alert
Kim and Dominique befriends a guy name Chris on Facebook. They decide to do a ride share with him to a shopping mall and things quickly make a turn for the worst. Kim and Dominique are now MISSING.
Black Lives Matter
Terrell is the model student who likes to have fun with his friends. One night after leaving a party Terrell is approached by a Police Officer on his front porch. At the end of this brief exchange Terrell is shot by Officer Burke.
Why Me?
Kimberly is a shy High School student trying to fit in by meeting new friends. Cito and his friends are popular rappers with reputations for chasing girls. Cito takes a $20 bet with his friends that he would sleep with Kimberly in a week. Kimberly finds herself in the middle of a complicated situation.

This basketball season Anthony is heavily recruited by the University of Kentucky. Anthony’s life is almost perfect but his promiscuous lifestyle destroys his future plans to play basketball.
